Our History

Architectural Security Hardware (The ASH Team) is an independent manufacturers’ sales representative agency committed to delivering a market-focused approach in the total openings industry. We believe in an old fashioned work ethic and honoring our clients' needs while adding value through an emphasis on professional sales, training, service and product knowledge. 

Our firm was born from the merger of two long standing and well respected rep agencies both headquartered in Southern California: Security Hardware (est. 1977) and ASH Associates (est. 1986). We have developed a keen awareness of the market segments and the individual needs of our customers and influencers via relationships that typically span decades. Technical experience coupled with expertise in the programs our factories offer are the keys to a successful return on investment for all parties.

We specialize in sales to Contract Hardware, Hardware Wholesale, Locksmith Wholesale, and OEM accounts. We enjoy a good reputation for character and integrity and invite prospective principals to speak with any of our customers, current or prior principals, and rival rep agencies about us.
